Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Ability to read and understand basic prints.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Understanding of basic manufacturing, mechanical, or fabrication processes.
• Agriculture, industrial, and/or automotive experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Process orders, quotes, and shipments through our ERP system.
• Read and interpret basic prints.
• Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries.
• Maintain strong communication with internal teams.
• Support manufacturing and fabrication workflows as needed.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
