Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator for our Phoenix, AZ manufacturing team. This full-time, in-office role supports the sales process from quote to order fulfillment, coordinating between customers, sales, engineering, and production.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Sales Administration or related roles, strong Excel/ERP/MRP skills, and excellent communication. Pay is $25.00-$28.00 per hour DOE, Monday–Friday, on-site.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Sales Administration, Estimating, Engineering Support, or a related manufacturing role.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering documentation.
• Experience preparing estimates, quotations, and pricing calculations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, ERP/MRP systems, and estimating software.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate estimates and quotations by reviewing customer requirements, engineering drawings, and specifications.
• Support sales and engineering teams by coordinating project details, pricing, and customer requests.
• Manage order entry, project documentation, and internal communications to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review blueprints, technical drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), and manufacturing specifications.
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Track projects, maintain records, and provide timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
