Job summary

Adecco is assisting a valued manufacturing client in finding an experienced Safety Manager to lead EHS programs in a manufacturing setting. This direct-hire role focuses on OSHA compliance, safety culture, and continuous improvement across operations.

The Safety Manager will develop and maintain policies, perform risk analyses, track KPIs, and drive training initiatives while partnering with operations to reduce injuries and improve performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in safety/environmental health or related field.
• Extensive knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience conducting audits, inspections, and incident investigations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations.
• Conduct OSHA audits, inspections, and compliance assessments.
• Develop and maintain safety policies, procedures, and programs.
• Lead risk assessments and Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs).
• Track and report safety metrics, KPIs, and leading indicators.
• Lead safety training and employee engagement initiatives.
• Investigate injuries, near misses, and perform root cause analyses.
