Job summary

Premier Global Links LLC is seeking an experienced EHS professional to lead safety and environmental programs in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of EHS experience with strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, and applicable state and federal regulations.

The role involves leading programs, audits, incident investigations, and continuous improvement to ensure regulatory readiness and a strong safety culture across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
• 3–5 years of EHS experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT regulations.
• Experience with safety management systems.
• Experience with audits and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs across manufacturing operations.
• Promote a strong safety culture and influence safety performance at all levels.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and applicable state/federal regulations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies, procedures, training, and compliance programs.
• Lead regulatory inspections, audits, corrective actions, and compliance activities.
• Manage environmental compliance programs and required documentation.
• Monitor safety performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.
• Implement continuous improvement and behavior-based safety initiatives.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and leadership teams to address EHS risks.
• Conduct workplace inspections, hazard assessments, and safety training.
• Maintain EHS records, reports, permits, and regulatory documentation.
• Support emergency preparedness and risk reduction initiatives.
