Job summary
Covestro's Manufacturing Rotational Engineering Development Program places you on track for an exciting career at one of the world's largest producers of polymers and high-performance plastics. Throughout the multi-year program, you will rotate through two on-site business units at the Baytown facility near Houston, TX, with rotations lasting up to 12 months.
You will learn process optimization and reliability improvements, work with Engineering on project execution, and receive specialized
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or related field by May 2027 or start of employment
- Previous internship or co-op experience
- Strong desire to pursue a manufacturing engineering career
Responsibilities
- Learn about Covestro's products and processes with focus on process optimization and reliability improvements
- Partner with Engineering to gain hands-on experience with project execution and training
- Rotations last up to 12 months in two on-site business units at Baytown
- At program end, placement in an engineering position within Baytown site with leadership involvement
