Job summary

• Excellent time management and deadline prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations in Central departments and coordinate with production centers.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies and handle repairs and outages.
• Manage a team of engineers, maintenance technicians and supervisors focusing on safety and reliability.
• Maintain safety records and enforce OSHA standards to ensure a safe workplace.
• Plan outages, manage budgets and track KPIs to drive results.
• Ensure availability of critical spare parts and control costs.
