Job summary

You will drive preventative maintenance, outages, and budget management while guiding engineers and technicians toward a Reliability Centered Maintenance culture. Strong OSHA knowledge and CMMS experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline from an ABET-accredited program.
• 8–10 years of maintenance management experience.
• Ability to lead a cross-functional team.
• Experience with mechanical and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with OSHA standards and safety records.
• Able to pass pre-employment testing.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations across central departments and coordinate with production centers.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance strategies and manage outages.
• Motivate engineers, technicians, and supervisors toward Safety and Reliability centered maintenance.
• Oversee safety compliance per OSHA, PPE, electrical safety, and hazard communication.
• Manage maintenance budget and ensure critical spare parts availability.
• Plan start-ups and budgets for outages and ensure schedule adherence.
• Track KPIs to drive safety and reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with teams to optimize maintenance workflows.
