Job summary

Warsaw Chemical is hiring a Manufacturing and Reliability Manager to maximize uptime, improve asset performance, and drive continuous improvement. You will lead preventive maintenance, manage maintenance personnel, and collaborate with engineering, QA, safety, and production leadership to meet targets.

The role emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting, equipment optimization, and cost controls while mentoring a team of technicians.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum four years of maintenance/reliability experience.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily workflow of the department.
• Provide performance evaluations and manage discipline per policy.
• Oversee production quotas, schedules, and inventory targets.
• Collaborate withPurchasing to review materials and inventories.
• Approve repairs and maintenance for tools and equipment.
• Identify cost controls and process improvements.
• Provide hands-on support for troubleshooting and changeovers.
• Develop strategies to maximize uptime, efficiency, and quality.
• Lead and develop process technicians and facility staff.
• Establish preventive maintenance programs and spare parts inventory.
