Qualifications

• Related degree in HR or a similar field is preferred.
• 3+ years of HR/recruitment experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to manage data in an ATS and coordinate interviews.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full cycle recruitment policies and procedures are followed by leaders and hiring managers to avoid gaps or delays in talent acquisition process.
• Assist in review and screening of applications and resumes.
• Schedule interviews and provide clear communications to candidates to minimize no-shows.
• Facilitate partnerships with hiring managers and provide timely feedback on resumes and interviews.
• Maintain candidate records and update statuses in the ATS.
• Support recruiting events and liaise with managers to drive hiring processes.
• Coordinate new hire orientation activities including scheduling and IT setup.
