Job summary

Cielo is seeking a Manufacturing Recruiter on a Limited Term Employee basis in Sumter, SC. The role combines on-site collaboration with remote coordination, following a hybrid schedule (3 days in the Sumter office, 2 days remote).

You will lead intake meetings with hiring managers, craft sourcing strategies, screen candidates, and manage the offer process using ATS and social media tools. A high school diploma and recruiting experience are required.

As a Cielo Recruiter, you will be responsible for service excellence throughout the recruitment cycle. You will act as a brand ambassador for the client, focusing on delivering
exceptional talent while providing proactive and timely communication on the status of the search. As a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, you will provide consultative direction and industry expertise to hiring leaders.

Work Location: Hybrid: 3 days onsite in the Sumter office and 2 days virtually

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday

Specific Requirements: Experience recruiting within Manufacturing or Medical Device environments would be a plus.

Contract Basis: This role is being offered on an LTE basis and is not eligible for bonuses or benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications, providing relevant market data and recommendations.

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma.
• Recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO or agency setting.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
• Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition.
