Trs Staffing Solutions, Inc. is recruiting a Recruiter for our Spartanburg, SC operation. This full-time on-site role supports a high-volume manufacturing plant, handling full-cycle recruitment for hourly production staff, coordinating interviews, onboarding, and ongoing workforce planning.

The Recruiter will partner with plant leadership to meet staffing demands, maintain candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience using ADP Recruiting and HRIS tools.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of high-volume recruiting experience required.
• Experience recruiting hourly production and skilled trades.
• Onboarding documentation (I-9, W-4, Direct Deposit) preferred.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate relationship management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly manufacturing positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and priorities.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and events.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess fit and history.
• Coordinate scheduling, events, tours, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain candidate records and hiring workflows in ADP.
• Facilitate offers, screenings, background checks, and onboarding docs.
• Track metrics like time-to-fill and source effectiveness.
• Support workforce planning and develop external partnerships.
