• Proven ability to source and attract passive candidates for specialized manufacturing roles.
• Demonstrated success in managing high-volume requisitions and meeting hiring targets in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, terminology, and industry-specific skill sets.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and professional networks.
