Job summary

Warn Industries is seeking a quality inspector to work on-site in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will inspect products per the Quality Plan, document nonconformances, and help drive continuous improvement.

You will read part prints, use inspection instruments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, safety, and timely delivery. Must lift up to 50 pounds and be able to work independently or with a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Blueprint and gauge reading experience required.
• Prefer previous production experience in a manufacturing or machining environment.
• Must be able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Inspect received products per Quality Plan.
• Verify dispositions of nonconforming materials and document in NM Report DB.
• Participate in data-driven problem solving with cross-functional teams.
• Read and interpret part prints with GD&T.
• Select appropriate inspection techniques and equipment for tasks.
• Demonstrate time management and safe work habits.
• Communicate professionally with all stakeholders.
