Job summary

ProStaff Workforce Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Quality Inspector for a 2nd shift (3:30 pm – 12 am) on a contract-to-hire basis in New Jersey. The role focuses on inspecting products/materials, performing quality tests, and generating reports to drive continuous improvement.

Required: HS diploma or GED; 1–3 years in manufacturing or QA, GMP knowledge, and strong documentation skills. Preferred: Certified Quality Auditor. Competitive benefits and weekly pay available.

Job description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Manufacturing Quality Inspector to join our client’s team and help ensure products meet the highest quality and compliance standards. If you have experience in manufacturing or quality control and enjoy identifying issues, solving problems, and working closely with production teams, we’d love to hear from you!

Contract-to-Hire

Pay Rate: $16.50 - $18/hr

Shift: 2 nd shift, 3:30 pm - 12 am

A Brief Overview

This role ensures product quality and compliance with quality control standards within the manufacturing environment. The Manufacturing Quality Control Floor Inspector is responsible for examining products and materials for defects or deviations from specifications, conducting tests to determine product quality, and preparing reports on findings to facilitate the continuous improvement of production processes.
