Responsibilities

Job description

Under the direction of the Quality Lead, the Quality Control Inspector performs inspections of products, materials, and processes to ensure compliance with established quality standards. This position is responsible for identifying and documenting defects, maintaining quality records, and supporting quality improvement efforts by reporting quality concerns. The Quality Control Inspector works closely with the Quality team and Manufacturing to help ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform inspections of incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods according to established quality standards.
• Identify, document, and report defects, nonconforming materials, and quality concerns.
• Complete inspection reports and maintain accurate quality records and documentation.

• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement concepts is a plus.
