Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Blueprint and gauge reading experience required.
• Prefer previous production experience in manufacturing or machining.
• May be standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify weld defects.

Responsibilities

• Inspects received products per Quality Plan.
• Verifies dispositions of nonconforming materials and logs data.
• Collects quality data.
• Participates in problem solving using data analysis.
• Interprets part prints per ANSI Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing.
• Uses hand gauging techniques for verification and visual inspection.
• Maintains safety, efficiency, and effective communication with team.
