PTC is a leading manufacturer of steel tubing and fabricated components, seeking a Quality leader to establish and administer policies ensuring product reliability and conformance to customer specs. The role demands directing a quality team and coordinating with production to drive improvements.

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years in quality administration, strong keys in APQP/PPAP, GD&T, SPC, and experience with data analysis tools like MINITAB.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 7–10 years of quality administration experience.
• Experience leading quality teams and implementing APQP/PPAP, MSA, and FMEA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce quality policies ensuring product conformance.
• Lead quality department and coordinate with production.
• Perform root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
• Review customer prints and specifications; support sales.
• Monitor equipment and support continuous improvement initiatives.
