Job summary

Responsibilities

• Define and drive a culture of quality with Lean and Six Sigma in a low-to-medium volume, high-mix environment.
• Create foundational quality processes: document control, SOPs, workflows, CAPA.
• Establish, monitor, and report meaningful KPIs and connect metrics to financial impact.
• Maintain documentation standards to support custom products and growing org.
• Ensure QMS compliance with regulatory requirements and customer specs.
• Audit customer deliverables and ensure contractual and technical compliance.
• Establish calibration programs for inspection, measurement, and test equipment.
• Support ECR, NCR, and CAR processes with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
• Serve as primary quality interface with customers and host audits; respond to CARs and capability studies.
• Contribute to supplier qualification to align with internal quality standards.
