Job summary

PTC, a leading manufacturer of welded and drawn mechanical tubing, seeks a Plant Engineer to provide engineering support across plant processes. You will drive root-cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and lead small to mid-size projects with a focus on safety, reliability, and cost control.

You will collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and FP&A to justify investments, develop asset documentation, and advance engineering standards across the organization.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of related experience in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely, quickly and logically solve mechanical and/or electrical problems and mobilize resources as needed.
• Identify root causes of process quality or equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and review Engineering Process Definitions and Asset Detail Files to standardize information across the organization.
