• Develops and implements Quality Assurance and Continual Improvement programs.
• Supports the plant’s Continuous Improvement program.
• Manages and directs required testing across processes.
• Provides analyzed data reports to support the plant.
• Recruits QA associates and ensures training per procedures.
• Ensures the Quality Management System and external audits.
• Interfaces with customers and regulatory reps during audits.
• Investigates field issues and returns for effective corrective action.
• Ensures plant operations align with business objectives.
• Communicates effectively with internal and external customers on quality.
