Job summary

Prysmian USA is seeking a Quality Leader at our Lincoln, RI plant to own and advance the Quality Management System (ISO 9001) and drive continuous improvement across functions. You will lead root-cause analysis, implement corrective and preventive actions, and ensure audits pass with UL, ETL, ABS.

You will recruit and mentor QA staff, direct testing to verify compliance, and partner with customers and external agencies to maintain product conformance and manufacturing excellence.

Qualifications

• BS in quality, engineering, or related field with Six Sigma knowledge.
• ASQ/Six Sigma certification is a plus.
• 2+ years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain QA programs to ensure product conformance.
• Advance the plant's Continuous Improvement agenda across functions.
• Plan and direct testing across all process steps to verify compliance.
• Turn data into actionable reports for leadership.
• Recruit, mentor, and train QA staff to high standards.
• Own, improve, and audit the ISO 9001 QMS.
• Represent the plant during audits with customers and agencies (UL, ETL, ABS).
• Lead field issue investigations and customer return analysis with durable fixes.
• Participate in Plant Management Team to keep operations on plan.
• Communicate proactively with internal and external customers on quality topics.
