Siemens Industry in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the Quality department for the Low Voltage site. The role will oversee supplier quality, in-process quality, product testing, final inspection and training, directing a team of about 8 direct reports and roughly 50 staff overall.

You will implement ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards, drive 8D corrective actions, and report quality metrics to management.

Formación

• 3–5 years Quality Management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial).
• Proven leadership and ability to optimize team performance.
• Experience with PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans and Process Maps.
• Excellent data driven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 or equivalent.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsabilidades

• Build and lead the Quality functions from ground up, including Supplier Quality, In-Process Quality, Product Testing, Final Inspection and Training.
• Identify and develop department talent and manage the Quality team structure.
• Ensure implementation and sustainability of ISO 9001 quality, ISO 14001 environmental, and ISO 45001 health and safety standards with audits.
• Ensure all products conform to UL requirements.
• Support departments to understand and mitigate cost of quality in data, risk, inventory, and customer service.
• Drive corrective actions using 8D methodology and improve processes with control plans, poka-yoke, audits and training.
• Coordinate business continuity planning and quality projects as directed by Siemens Central Quality.
• Act as backup for Grand Prairie EHS program.
