Job summary

Crafted Staff is seeking a Quality Manager for our Fort Worth, Texas operation. This onsite, direct-hire role leads daily quality activities, supervises inspectors and technicians, and ensures products and processes meet customer and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will translate quality policies into practical shop-floor actions, drive corrective actions, manage the site QMS (ISO 9001), and collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and leadership to elevate overall

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of quality analysis or software testing experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience for hourly/non-exempt employees.
• Working knowledge of QMS principles and ISO 9001.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily quality operations and supervise quality personnel.
• Maintain and improve the site QMS and CAPA processes.
• Monitor quality metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and leadership.
