Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or related field.
• 10+ years in lean manufacturing/continuous improvement in large-scale manufacturing.
• Led lean transformation initiatives delivering results via full implementation.
• Hands-on production-line improvements: flow design, material feeding, cycle time reduction, time studies, line balancing, factory layout.
• Strong knowledge of lean tools and influencing culture/work practices.
• Process fundamentals stabilization; energy, creativity, persistence, people development.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of lean tools and methodologies across departments to raise throughput and quality.
• Build and lead a 11-person lean transformation team with mentorship and succession planning.
• Optimize material flow and layout; move toward continuous one-piece flow.
• Facilitate Lean workshops, visual management, and Lean training for hourly employees.
• Collaborate with data analytics and automation teams to evaluate new technologies, simplifying processes before automation.
• Integrate lean principles into the factory’s safety programs.
