Siemens Industry is seeking a Quality Manager for the Alliance Fort Worth, TX plant to lead the Quality department, drive strategic and operational performance, and ensure product quality, customer service, and continuous improvement.

The role will oversee Supplier Quality, In-Process Quality, Product Testing, Final Inspection, and Training, reporting to the Plant Manager with emphasis on cost and delivery targets.

Formación

• At least 3-5 years Quality Management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering).
• Proven leadership/team management skills with the ability to optimize team performance and development.
• Experience with PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans and Process Maps.
• Excellent data driven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 or equivalent.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsabilidades

• Build and lead the Quality functions from ground up, including Supplier Quality, In-Process Quality, Product Testing, Final Inspection and Training.
• Identify and develop department talent and manage the Quality team structure.
• Responsible for the implementation, development and sustainability of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 and related audits.
• Ensure all Product conforms to UL requirements.
• Support departments to understand and mitigate the cost of quality across data, risk, inventory, and service.
• Ensure quality strategies and processes meet business objectives and delivery targets.
• Resolve customer quality issues and drive corrective actions with Manufacturing, Engineering, Marketing, and Procurement.
• Lead continuous improvement actions using 8D, control plans, audits and training.
• Coordinate the business continuity plan implementation and deployment.
• Report Quality KPIs and activities to Management on a regular basis.
