Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division in Nacogdoches, TX is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to drive quality tools, processes, and continuous improvement in our manufacturing operations. You will lead cross‑functional teams, develop PFMEAs, support ISO 9001 and EQMS, and ensure zero defect quality and launch readiness.

Relocation assistance is provided, and the role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of manufacturing quality experience in transformers/electronics environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
Three years of experience in manufacturing quality or process engineering.
Experience related to transformers, electronics, or similar manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

Lead or develop FMEAs, with a focus on PFMEAs.
Support ISO 9001 quality system and EQMS implementation and management.
Drive improvements using statistical analysis and process capability (Cpk, Ppk).
Assist with supplier PPAP submissions and control plan creation.
Collaborate with Design Engineering, Marketing and Supply Chain to define quality criteria for new parts.
Address customer complaints and initiate corrective actions.
