Job summary

Eaton Corporation in Arden, NC, is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the plant’s quality system and drive continuous improvement in an Engineer-to-Order environment. The role reports to the Plant Manager as part of the Senior Leadership Team and ensures customer satisfaction through robust quality management.

Responsibilities include directing quality personnel, implementing ISO 9001 processes, and managing RCCA activities, with a focus on reducing defects and improving product and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 7 years of Quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of 3 year of leadership experience, such as Project Management, Product or Process Improvement/Implementation or manager of people.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position.

Responsibilities

• Direct quality personnel and prioritize quality functions of the plant.
• Maintain and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
• Deploy EQMS (EBS) and drive RCCA for root cause analysis.
• Plan, develop and manage the Operations, Inspection, Testing, Customer, Supplier, and QMS Quality Team.
• Interface with customers to enhance their perception of the plant quality systems.
• Develop, coordinate, and implement training programs relative to the Quality Management System.
• Analyze and report quality performance indicators; lead CAPA teams.
• Lead containment actions for customer complaints and oversee corrective actions.
