Job summary

Eaton in Nacogdoches, Texas seeks an experienced Quality/Manufacturing leader to direct Safety, Quality, and production control activities. You will mentor inspectors and leaders, manage staffing and resources, and drive improvements aligned with Eaton policies and CI initiatives.

The role requires a strong background in quality management, leadership, and Lean Six Sigma with a focus on achieving monthly and yearly targets while maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required or a High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of supervisor/quality experience in manufacturing.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate Safety, Quality, delivery and cost control for Quality inspection functions.
• Lead and mentor quality inspectors and team leaders toward high engagement and goal achievement.
• Align staffing, schedules and resources to ensure on-time, accurate completion of units through Quality inspection.
