Job summary

Ingenium Talent is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead plant quality systems, customer commitments, and continuous improvement across automotive manufacturing.

You will drive audits, APQP/PPAP, PFMEA, control plans, and launch quality activities while mentoring a high-performing quality team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of quality leadership experience in automotive manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, AIAG Core Tools, GD&T, and statistical problem solving.
• Proven ability to lead teams and interface with customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain plant quality systems, audits, and compliance initiatives.
• Drive customer and supplier quality performance, issue resolution, and corrective actions.
• Manage APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, and launch quality activities.
• Champion root cause analysis and problem-solving using 8D, 5 Why, and RCA.
• Lead internal audits and support customer/supplier assessments.
• Develop, mentor, and manage quality team members while driving a culture of continuous improvement.
