Job summary

Siemens Energy in Charlotte, NC seeks a Quality Engineer to join the Gas Services Division. You will lead root-cause analysis, CAPA, and ensure compliance with PPQ and customer quality requirements across orders.

You will develop ITPs, align QST with supplier and production processes, and drive continuous improvement in manufacturing quality, efficiency and reliability. A BS in engineering and 5+ years of experience, plus SAP and Lean Six Sigma familiarity, are expected.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Manufacturing/Mechanical/Aerospace/IE.
• 5+ years of quality engineering in manufacturing.
• Strong root-cause analysis and CAPA capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead root cause analysis and CAPA development.
• Ensure safety and quality requirements during component manufacturing.
• Develop ITPs and QST alignment with customer requirements.
• Participate in process audits and continuous improvement projects.
