Job summary

Healthcare Arizona LLC, a premier mattress manufacturing arm of the MLILY company, operates a large Goodyear facility focused on producing memory foam mattresses designed to keep you cooler and more comfortable through the night.

The Quality Control Inspector role ensures that every item meets stringent quality standards. You will inspect, test, document, and communicate results while maintaining high production efficiency and working a standard Monday–Friday schedule with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality control.
• Knowledge of basic arithmetic and statistics for inspections.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Active listening skills.
• Decision-making with focus on cost-benefit analysis.
• Ability to conduct product, service, and process inspections.
• Ability to monitor performance and implement corrective actions.
• Effective time management skills.
• Ability to perform detailed close-range inspections.
• Ability to recognize patterns and identify defects.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Perform tests for quality control of products.
• Disassemble product parts to inspect them individually.
• Monitor production operations to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Direct assembly adjustments to reflect quality standards.
• Ensure products meet customer expectations based on company objectives.
• Communicate inspection results and propose corrective actions.
• Write reports documenting deficiencies and errors of products.
• Report issues to the team leader or supervisor.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
