The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, basic math and reading skills, fluent English, strong communication, and factory QC experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality control.
• Knowledge of basic arithmetic and statistics for inspections.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Decision-making skills with a focus on cost-benefit analysis.
• Ability to conduct product, service, and process inspections.
• Ability to monitor performance and implement corrective actions.
• Ability to perform detailed close-range inspections.
• Ability to recognize defects and patterns.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Perform tests for quality control of products.
• Disassemble product parts to inspect them individually.
• Monitor production operations to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Direct assembly adjustments to ensure quality standards.
• Ensure products meet customer expectations.
• Communicate inspection results and suggest corrective actions.
• Write reports documenting deficiencies and errors.
• Report issues to supervisor on duty.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
