Healthcare Glendale, the mattress manufacturing arm of MLILY, seeks a Quality Control Inspector for a day shift in Litchfield Park, AZ. You will inspect products, perform quality tests, and ensure conformance to specifications to maintain high standards.

Requirements include a High School Diploma/GED and basic math/reading skills; factory QC experience is preferred. Competitive pay at $18.50 per hour plus benefits such as 401(k) matching and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Basic math and reading skills.
• Quality control experience in a factory preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products to ensure that they meet quality standards.
• Performs tests for quality control of products.
• Disassemble product parts to inspect them individually.
• Monitor production operations to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Direct assembly adjustments to maintain quality standards.
• Communicate inspection results and suggest corrective actions.
• Write reports documenting deficiencies and errors of products.
• Report issues to team leader or supervisor on duty.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
