Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is hiring a Quality Engineer for our Sedalia, MO onsite operation. You will partner across manufacturing, engineering, supply chain and quality to ensure product reliability and process control within the ISO framework.

The role emphasizes root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement across the plant. Responsibilities include developing quality processes, leading new product introductions, and maintaining essential documentation, audits, and supplier quality

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant progressive quality experience required in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of relevant quality experience within a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years experience with MS Office Suite, to include intermediate Excel skills
• 1+ year of experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, JDE, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and document process improvements for quality and reliability.
• Lead quality projects for new product introductions.
• Identify production concerns and take proactive corrective actions.
• Maintain documentation to support process and manufacturing improvements.
• Support ISO certification and internal audits.
