Ingersoll Rand in Charlotte, NC seeks a Quality Technician I to support production quality through inspections, calibration, and customer claims. You will perform visual and dimensional checks, coordinate calibrated equipment setup, and participate in problem-solving using 8D methodologies.

The role requires steady collaboration with operations, adherence to ISO 9001:2015, and proactive documentation of findings. On-site, Monday–Friday shift.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required with factory experience preferred.
• Experience reading blueprints and tolerances in a manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 and problem-solving methods.

Responsabilidades

• Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections per specifications.
• Assist in calibration setup and verification of equipment.
• Lead or participate in 8D or similar root-cause problem solving.
• Maintain inspection records and documentation for traceability.
• Support quality improvements and standardization initiatives.
