Leading Technologies is looking for a motivated candidate to fulfill a Manufacturing Engineer position in the Quality Department at our Leechburg, PA location.

Responsibilities

• Complete root cause investigation, corrective action reports, and 8D reports
• Process improvement projects
• PPAPs for new parts, and also maintaining current PPAP Reports
• Performing MSA studies on gages
• Performing and maintaining calibrations
• Risk assessments
• Auditing
• Working closely with the quality manager on ongoing projects
• Other duties as assigned

Required/Desired Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Experience in quality (preferred but not required)
• Knowledge of ISO / IATF (preferred but not required)
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and complete work in a timely manner
