Job description

Leading Technologies is looking for a motivated candidate to fulfill a Manufacturing Engineer position in the Quality Department at our Leechburg, PA location.

Responsibilities

1. Complete root cause investigations, corrective action reports, and 8D reports.
2. Lead process improvement projects.
3. Manage PPAPs for new parts and maintain current PPAP reports.
4. Perform MSA studies on gages.
5. Perform and maintain calibrations.
6. Conduct risk assessments.
7. Perform audits.
8. Collaborate closely with the quality manager on ongoing projects.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Required/Desired Knowledge, Skills, Education, and Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
2. Experience in quality assurance is preferred but not required.
3. Knowledge of ISO / IATF standards is preferred but not required.
4. Ability to work well in a team environment.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking.
6. Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and complete work timely.
