Graham Packaging in New Orleans, LA is seeking a seasoned Quality Manager to lead the plant's quality program across production and logistics, ensuring GMP compliance and customer satisfaction.

You will coach the quality staff, collaborate with Engineering, Sales and Suppliers, and drive continuous improvement and risk reduction.

A Bachelor's degree plus five years in quality leadership in manufacturing is preferred; the company offers comprehensive benefits and career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related quality experience.
• Minimum five years in a quality supervisory/management role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Own and enforce safety, health, GMP policies and company procedures.
• Interpret customer requirements and convert into manufacturing specs.
• Manage supplier, customer, and regulatory quality relationships.
• Oversee internal quality controls and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Sales, and Customer Service to meet quality targets.
• Travel up to 25% may be required.
