Job summary

Graham Packaging Company in Oklahoma seeks a Quality Manager to lead the plant quality program for containers across production and logistics. You will manage internal and external relationships to ensure quality performance and drive improvements in safety and efficiency.

A Bachelor’s Degree and at least five years of quality leadership in manufacturing are preferred. You will interact with managers, vendors and customers to sustain compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or related quality experience; or equivalent combination.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in a quality supervisory or management role in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand, follow and enforce safety, health, quality GMP and Company policies.
• Interpret customer requirements into manufacturing requirements and define inspection points.
• Monitor customer complaints and verify effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Define, implement and monitor systems to ensure GMP compliance and certifications.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales and Customer Service to fulfill responsibilities.
• Lead and train the plant quality staff; manage procedures for inspection devices.
• Travel up to 25% may be required.
