Job summary

Goliath Games, LLC is seeking an experienced Purchasing Specialist to support purchasing and sourcing for our manufacturing operations. You will source materials, negotiate pricing, manage supplier relationships, and ensure materials meet production requirements.

The ideal candidate has hands-on purchasing experience in manufacturing, including MRO purchasing, supplier negotiations, PO management, and inventory planning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of purchasing experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with MRO purchases and supplier negotiations.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems; Fishbowl a plus.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day purchasing for raw materials, components, packaging, MRO materials, equipment, and services.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, lead times, and other commercial terms with suppliers.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through bidding and supplier negotiations.
• Maintain supplier relationships and evaluate quotes on total cost and quality.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders based on demand and production needs.
