Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in production-related field or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of project management experience in manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of process improvement and manufacturing workflows.
• PMP certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding of new statements of work into Fabrication Operations.
• Oversee work movement and placement; coordinate transitions.
• Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Materials, Quality, and other support functions.
• Develop business cases including ROI analyses to guide decisions.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively.
• Analyze complex issues and coordinate resolution across stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, milestones, and report status to leadership.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and timely issue resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement in PM processes and onboarding practices.
• Develop and implement program management best practices.
