Job summary

The International Erosion Control Association is seeking a Program Manager to oversee multiple customer-facing products from development through delivery. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage program scope and profitability, and drive improvements across manufacturing and supply chains.

Responsibilities include coordinating with internal partners, tracking metrics, and ensuring compliance with customer requirements and schedules. Travel to customer sites may be required.

Qualifications

• 7 years minimum experience in contract manufacturing or high-technology environment; 10 years preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in technical, business, or financial discipline.
• Previous program management experience required.
• Lean, Six Sigma, CPI/CRM experience encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Chair customer focus team meetings to drive customer requirements.
• Lead all phases of management for existing customers and programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to meet customer needs and KPI targets.
• Manage backlog, revenue projections, and account profitability.
• Interface with SAP and other internal partners; support regulatory integration.
