  • Demonstrated leadership experience with successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand project scope, specifications, and system requirements.
  • Lead coordination across drafting, engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing teams to align production with installation timelines.
  • Create and manage order entries, ensuring accurate material quantities and specifications.
  • Review and interpret shop drawings and submittals, providing feedback as needed.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking milestones from order entry through delivery.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of communications, schedules, change orders, and deliverables within ERP and project management systems.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding order status and project updates.
  • Support procurement with sourcing and scheduling of materials.
  • Prepare job files, documentation, and closeout packages for delivery.
  • Monitor project costs and material usage to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Lead internal meetings and customer calls, providing updates and reports.
  • Proactively identify and resolve production or delivery issues to minimize delays.
  • Support customer-specific platforms, workflows, and reporting requirements.
