Job summary

OPW Global is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering new product development and projects on time and within budget. You will track go-to-market plans, annual plans, and other commercial work while coordinating with Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Finance.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience in manufacturing, knowledge of Stage-Gate/NPD, Agile, Lean, and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years project management experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with stage-gate development, NPD, and go-to-market.
• Lean manufacturing, agile development, and status reporting.
• Excellent team communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Track go-to-market plans, annual plans, and other commercial work.
• Coordinate with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Marketing-Sales.
• Own project schedules, reporting, and KPIs.
• Manage budgets and mitigate risks with clear action plans.
