Flowserve is seeking a dynamic Manager, Project Management – New Product Development to lead the enterprise PM function and drive disciplined execution of global NPD initiatives. You will lead cross-platform Project Managers, establish governance, and partner with NPD, DtV, Engineering, Operations, and Finance to accelerate innovation and deliver against strategic commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, PM, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in project management, product development, engineering, or heavy manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading complex New Product Development, R&D, or product-lifecycle initiatives from concept through launch.
• Proven success leading cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed organization.
• Strong understanding of phase-gate governance, integrated scheduling, and portfolio reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, financial forecasts, and resource allocation.
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
• Experience implementing PMO, portfolio governance, or enterprise reporting improvements.

Responsibilities

• Apply Flowserve NPD and Product Development Process frameworks across platforms and functions.
• Establish enterprise-level project governance including phase-gate criteria and review cadences.
• Own NPD budgeting, forecast accuracy, and cost-to-complete visibility.
• Provide executive-level portfolio reporting with performance trends and risks.
• Lead a global team of Project Managers; develop capabilities and goals.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance.
