As a Manufacturing Project Manager (MPM), your work is central to our mission's success. You will lead a manufacturing team, guiding them to achieve Production Operations objectives for one or more Undersea Warfare Programs. This role includes overseeing different program phases, from development to transition to production and production. You will serve as the key interface between Production Operations and the Lockheed Martin program management Offices (PMOs). Frequent collaboration with Technical Operations (engineering), Sourcing, Quality, Mission Success, and Finance teams will be integral to your work. Your responsibilities will encompass managing program baseline plans, conducting capacity, resource, and staffing analyses, and serving as the Control Account Manager (CAM) for contract control accounts.

A level 4 employee typically has 5+ years of professional experience.

Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00
