Job summary

You will communicate with dealers, installers, freight providers, and end users to ensure timely, accurate delivery and continuous improvement.

The candidate should have 5+ years in customer service or operations, a technical degree, and strong MS Office skills; occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s in a Technical field required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in customer service, operations, manufacturing, or installation.
• Strong communication and project coordination skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Create timelines and project checklists for all assigned projects.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure project timeframes are met; implement corrective action when necessary.
• Communicate requirements and expectations to internal departments, external partners, and end users.
• Adapt timelines and communication as needed.
• Educate installers and dealer partners on AIS project management role.
• Work with design, sales, order entry, customer service, shipping, and engineering to complete projects timely.
