Job summary

AIS in Leominster, MA is seeking a Full Time Maintenance Engineering professional to oversee maintenance of manufacturing equipment and lead preventive programs. You will develop KPIs, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with production, maintenance and engineering teams to optimize processes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, at least 5 years in industrial manufacturing engineering and strong leadership, communication, and bilingual capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related).
• Minimum 5 years in industrial manufacturing engineering, maintenance and production.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment and machinery.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in maintenance management software and tools.
• Bilingual

Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance of all manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
• Develop and implement KPIs to track maintenance initiatives and reduce downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to ensure continuous production.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance and engineering to optimize processes.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure safety and quality standards.
• Support maintenance technicians, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Stay updated with industry trends to enhance maintenance practices.
