Job summary

Maas Energy Works, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager II - Manufacturing to lead fabrication and assembly teams in a dynamic on-site role in Redding, CA. You will develop production plans, coordinate schedules, and drive continuous improvement across shop-floor processes.

You will work closely with engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery, quality control, and efficient materials management, with compensation ranging from $85,000 to $130,000 and full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a manufacturing engineer or similar role.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment & assembly line production.
• Experience with implementing lean manufacturing concepts.
• Background in project management & process improvement is preferred.
• Experience with supply chain management is a plus.
• Organizational and leadership abilities.
• Problem-solving attitude.
• Creative thinking skills.
• Must be proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive, high-energy team culture for fabrication and assembly teams.
• Lead fabrication and assembly teams, providing hands-on direction to keep production on schedule.
• Create production plans and roadmaps with the fabrication team.
• Coordinate with engineers and production teams for smooth operations.
• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes on the shop floor.
• Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet demand and deadlines.
• Ensure materials are available and used efficiently.
• Implement and monitor quality control procedures to meet standards.
• Collaborate with suppliers for timely delivery and quality of materials.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses for processes and drive improvements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enable project success.
• Monitor materials and maintain supply chain stability.
