The ideal candidate has 3+ years in project management within manufacturing, a Bachelor's in a related field, and the ability to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Project Management, or related field.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects through full lifecycle, delivering on time and within budget.
• Serve as primary customer point of contact and maintain relationships.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and communication plans.
• Monitor financial performance, including cost control and change orders.
• Identify and mitigate risks and resolve execution issues proactively.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality, logistics, and sales.
• Lead project reviews, status meetings, and customer communications.
• Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and process enhancements.
• Support domestic and international projects as required.
